What's the best way to eat while battling GBM?

Let me start by sharing a bit about myself. I grew up in a small town called Arcata, located in Northern California. It's known as the Emerald Triangle due to the abundance of cannabis cultivation. Growing up there was amazing; we never locked our doors, had easy access to the ocean, and were always greeted by familiar faces in local stores. Arcata is a charming small town with a reputation for being a "hippy" town. Organic food was a norm in the 80s before it became mainstream in stores like Trader Joe's or Sprouts Market. I was eager to leave when I turned 18, like most kids, and I went to study at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Cooking is my passion, and I have a good understanding of nutrition.

Fast forward to the present - when I was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, I immediately stopped consuming sugar. Upon researching, I found that many reputable organizations, such as the Mayo Clinic and the American Lung Association, suggest that sugar is harmful and should be avoided. However, as I delved deeper into the topic of Cancer and Health, I found myself overwhelmed by the amount of information available - from various diets like Keto, Mediterranean, Paleo, Vegetarian, and Plant-Based to supplements. It was challenging to navigate this vast sea of information.

I started keeping a food journal of what works for me to make things easier. Whenever I experience any symptoms, I research and explore the benefits of a more natural approach. For instance, I consume Manuka Honey, which has conflicting evidence of being helpful for Cancer but has been beneficial for my gastric issues. I also added Nuts to my diet as I came across a recent article suggesting frequent nut consumption is linked to improved patient outcomes. Another article I read stated that fruits have antioxidants that help keep the brain healthy and cells functioning.

As a result of cutting out sugar, I have lost around forty pounds and can now be taken off my high blood pressure and cholesterol medication. While I have not started researching supplements, I believe that consuming enough nutrients through organic fruits and vegetables may eliminate the need for too many supplements. I guess this Post did not answer any questions lol but created more. What is the best diet for Cancer? Is any Diet the best?
